HPI Processes, Inc offers JRI’s aqueous parts washers designed for use in manufacturing. These washers make use of eco-friendly aqueous solutions, which are designed to get rid of lubricants and machining oils from stamping and cutting operations. All the aqueous parts washers can be manufactured in mild or stainless steel.

 

Types of Aqueous Parts Washers Offered by HPI Processes, Inc.:

• Vertical Door Washers: Typically, the vertical door washers are equipped with high pressure pumps and spray manifolds that spray from below, above, and from the side. The vertical door design saves a significant amount of work space. Vertical door washers are highly efficient, and can be configured in sizes varying from 25” to 72” and manufactured with or without a turntable.
• Top Load Washers: The top load washers are batch style washers perfect for cellular washing applications. These washers are equipped with high pressure pumps, rotating turntables, and spray manifolds that spray from below, above, and from the side. These top load washers have a mid-range spray bar that improves the impingement on smaller parts resulting in better cleaning. The washers can be configured with turntable sizes ranging from 21” to 72” or custom designed to virtually any size and weight capacity. 
• Pass Through Washers: The pass through washers use a compact conveyor system to clean parts. They are the perfect aqueous parts washers for continuously fed parts below a size of 15” x 24”. They can be configured for many applications as wash/rinse/blow off, wash/rinse, wash only, or as a combination of any of these.
